Refund Policy
1. General Policy
We strive to deliver the highest quality spiritual guidance and astrological services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves significant preparation time, personalised research, and one-on-one sessions — all payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been conducted.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The session was cancelled by Arvind Rai or our team
- A technical failure (internet/call issues on our end) prevented the session from taking place
- Duplicate payment was made due to a payment gateway error
3. Cancellation by Client
- More than 48 hours before the session: 80% refund (20% retained as booking and preparation fee)
- 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. However, the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
4. No-Show Policy
If the client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the booking is forfeited and no refund will be issued. A fresh booking and payment will be required for rescheduling.
5. Gemstone & Physical Products
Gemstones and other physical products purchased through our recommendations are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, as they are energised and personalised specifically for the buyer.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. To initiate a refund request, email arvindastro@gmail.com with your booking reference number and reason for the request.
